Cocktails anyone? Today I’m featuring my bar cart all dressed up with Valentines cocktails.

I love using my bar cart during entertaining, especially if I have pre-mixed cocktails or a champagne bar. Today we are featuring Sparkling Pomegranate Cocktails and a Pink Lemonade Sparkler!

Sparkling Pomegranate Cocktail

Ingredients
1/4 cup of Vodka
Sparkling Wine
Simple Syrup Mix ( 1/2 cup of sugar and water)
1/2 cup of fresh pomegranate juice
Garnish: Pomegranate seeds

To make simple syrup- Bring sugar and water to a boil. Cook until sugar has dissolved into water. Remove from heat and store in mason jar. (This simple syrup is great in the fridge for up to two weeks).

Grab a carafe or pitcher. Add vodka, pomegranate juice, and two tablespoons of simple syrup. Pour mixture into two iced high ball glasses. Top with Sparkling (we used Chandon) and garnish with pomegranate seeds.

For the pink lemonade sparkler follow the same steps above but replace the pomegranate juice with pink lemonade. I garnished mine with the pomegranates I had on hand, but you can use lemon or raspberries too!

Chandon is my go to sparkling wine when entertaining. I love how they change their labels for different seasons. If you haven’t seen our galentines tablescape click here. We served Chandon Rose summer collection. I knew I wanted to save these bottles for an “extra pink” party and knew this would be a perfect occasion.

Our galentines table turned out super cute!

Cheers to you and yours this Valentines! I hope you enjoy these cocktail recipes.

Until next time,
Whitney Elaine
