Valentines is quickly approaching and I thought it would be fun to have the girls over to celebrate our friendship! Let’s be honest, to me, Valentines is less about my love with my husband (that’s our Wedding Anny.) and more about the people around me – friends, family and children.

This table is all things girly! From the pink table runner, to the velvet hearts displayed around the table this is one of my favorite designs!

The inspiration from this table all started with the cutest gift bags I found at Home Goods! If this illustration isn’t the cutest, then I don’t know what is! Once I saw this bag, I instantly new I wanted to have the girls over and create a Galvantines party.BTW, can I please get all of their outfit deets? Adorable! :)The tablescape is designed with pink hues, flowers and champagne! What else could a girl ask for!?!

I started with laying down a pink table cloth and used a blush chiffon fabric as my table runner. I wanted to highlight these adorable Hot Skwash hearts so I used my Grace’s tea ware floral cake stand and placed them around the table at different heights. (I used votive candles underneath the draped runner to give the hearts height).

I love candlelight so I used my favorite pink votives. The last final touch to finish the look off was adding florals. I used different varieties- garden roses, ranunculus, and petals that I got from our local Central Market. To keep the flowers fresh, I used floral tubes and hid them under the runner.

I love how beautiful the velvet hearts are from Hot Skwash!

For each place setting, I knew I wanted to use my teaware collection by Grace’s but wanted to make the look more casual to fit in with the event so I decided to mix match (my favorite thing to do right now) with Soiree stoneware plates by American Atelier. I found these adorbs water glasses from Target! The flatware I used is from Terrain linked below.

We finished off each place setting with a can of Bollicini Sparkling Rose and Crystal Tasters. I love these tasters because they are so versatile. You can use them to put snacks in, an appetizers or use them for dessert (like a scoop of ice cream). Here we used Brachs Conversations Hearts! A fun little way to add color to each place setting but also a little treat for each guest!

A girl can never have to much pink, or too much Champagne. We served up Chandon Brut Rose throughout the dinner. The bottle we served was from their Summer collection I happend to save for a special “pink” party!

At the party we had a pink floral wall were my girlfriends could have fun taking pictures with cute props. I DIY this wall by simply going to a local flower shop. Buying floral grid and wiring the squares together to create a backdrop.

I often like to use my china cabinet for a grab and go vignette or use it for a signature cocktail station. I will even select special China that matches the theme for the glass cabinet. Another way I use this cabinet is store extra wine glasses so guest can grab their glasses above and pour below! Bottoms up!

That’s a wrap! I hope you got some cute ideas for your Galvantines party! To get the same look links are below and keep coming back, we have more Valentines content coming, Cheers!

Until next time,
Whitney Elaine
