As our family grows, and the children get older, having a kids table is becoming more of an essential these days. Fun fact- I have three under four, and they have seven cousins to play with! We are very blessed to have our family close. That being said, I love making a separate table for the little ones.

One thing is for sure, nothing brings me more JOY than seeing little ones faces light up when they see all the decorations during the holidays. Creating a fun table just for them is another way to show how much you care about them.

I knew I wanted something fun and vibrant for Thanksgiving so I reached out to Coton Colors. They have the cutest melamine plates, perfect for little ones.  I hope this inspires you to create a fun table for you little ones this Thanksgiving.

For my kids table, I use my Pottery Barn Table, it’s the perfect height for little ones to sit at and fits six children comfortably. I then used colorful fun chairs to add color. I found these cute foam feathered head pieces that the children made. All sources will be linked at the end of this post.

For the center of the table, I kept it simple. Let’s be honest with ourselves, the likeliness that the centerpieces won’t be touched is unlikely. So make it where they can play with the pieces and be worry free! I purchased a bag of decorator mini pumpkins and placed them around the table. I used simple florals like spider mums and craspedia. These are live but I have linked faux options as well. I used baby jars for vases.

Best part of all, my oldest, Douglas helped decorate the table! He was so proud of himself and Momma was grinning ear to ear being able to share my passion with him! 🙂
