I will make anything that claims its lucky in hope it come true! Today I’m sharing on of my favorite snacks with a St. Patrick’s Day twist that the whole family will love!

Ingredients
1 bag of popcorn
1 cup of melted white chocolate
1 cup of Lucky Charms Marshmellows
1 cup of M&M peanuts (you can do regular or any other candy you enjoy)
Top with Sprinkles

Pop a bag of popcorn, wait for it to cool and put it into a bowl.

Melt the white chocolate and drizzle on top of popcorn. Some people will use a Ziploc bag instead for this process for an easier clean up but I have personally found when I used the plastic bag, it would break up the popcorn kernels so I prefer to mix the chocolate and popcorn with my hands.

While the chocolate is wet add toppings like your favorite candies. My husband loves the combination of M&M peanuts and popcorn but you can do whatever you like best!

Next add Lucky Charms marshmellows. Your probably wondering did I hand pick each marshmellow out of the lucky charms box? Why yes, I did but I have a quick and easy method. I take a bowl and a hand held strainer. I place the strainer on top of the bowl. I pour a little of the cereal into the strainer. From there I just pick out the marshmallows and dump the cereal portion into the bowl. I keep doing this once I have enough for the popcorn. The good new is, I don’t waste the cereal as my son, for some odd reason only like the cereal portion so saving this for him is a treat!

Finish it off with some fun sprinkles! That’s it! I love the combination of salty and sweet and this hits the spot.

A fun way to serve the lucky pop is in little decorative paper cupcake liners. I just pre-make a few and then leave the bowl out for people to scoop their own popcorn into to!
