Pineapple Cheese Ball
32 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
8 oz. can of crushed pineapple
1/4 cup of green onion finely chopped
5 slices of bacon finely chopped
1/3 cup of finely chopped pecans
2 cups of whole pecans
Entertaining crackers
Top of Pineapple head
Garnish with strawberries – optional

Mix cream cheese, pineapple, green onion, bacon and chopped pecans. On a large platter form cheese into a pineapple body. Cool for at least two hours, or overnight. Two hours before serving, add whole pecans on top and top of pineapple head. Serve with crackers and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
